Tarpon fishing in Miami can be productive during the daylight hours, as well as at night. Traditionally, Tarpon anglers have a better chance of catching a Tarpon while fishing around the bridges and channels using live bait. Our offshore boats are probably the best way to target nighttime Tarpon because they are larger and more comfortable. Captain's Ray Rosher and Randy Towe have extensive experience targeting nighttime Tarpon fishing in Miami and can surely give you a great chance at landing that giant Tarpon you have been dreaming about. However, another way to target them would be by flats fishing for them during our Tarpon Season which takes place during the Spring and early Summer months along the edges of the flats as they migrate south for their yearly spawn in the Middle and Lower Keys. This spawn normally takes place towards the end of May or beginning of June when the Palolo worm hatches out of the coral.
